Region 12 Data Reports are found on the R drive in the Gen Ed folder in a folder called R12 Data 2013. You can run any of these reports for any of the districts or campuses you work with. Report names are at the top of each data page. You know a new report is beginning if the page number starts over at 1.
Heat Map Reports are helpful. You can use the heat map data table below to compare the current test expectation % vs future test expectation % across the grades for a given district. The percent for the DMAC Heat Map Report is set at 70% as the passing standard.
